We are a State of Florida Corporation, fully licensed and insured. We use a third-party company for our final air quality testing to ensure there are no conflicts of interest with the results. When we say it's clean, an independent lab confirms it.

Every member of the Myco-Tek leadership team brings decades of hands-on restoration experience and a genuine commitment to the people of Southwest Florida.
With over 40 years in building construction and a background as a New York City Police Officer, Garry brings unmatched dedication to Myco-Tek. A fourth-generation builder with deep expertise in high-end residential and commercial construction, Garry has led the company with the same commitment he applied to every job throughout his career. In his spare time he enjoys bicycle touring, working on classic cars, fishing, and time with his wife of 50+ years, four sons, and five grandchildren.
Joe brings 25 years of experience in water, mold, construction, and asbestos remediation. After selling a successful painting and remodeling company in New Hampshire, Joe relocated to Venice, FL where he quickly saw the need for quality restoration services. He joined Myco-Tek to help homeowners protect their most valuable asset. Joe, his wife, and son live in Venice, where he enjoys classic cars and industry networking.
With nearly 15 years at Myco-Tek, Cole has earned his role as Field Supervisor through hard work and dedication. He holds individual Florida state licenses for both mold assessment (MRSA2687) and mold remediation (MRSR2899). A Business Management graduate, Cole originally moved to Florida as a mortgage broker — but after the housing crash, he found his true calling helping homeowners recover. Cole and his family live in North Port and are proud Tampa Bay Lightning fans.
